
Growing Up in Dudley was commissioned by Dudley Council and Dudley Health and Care Partnership to explore local people’s experiences of bringing up a child or being a young person in Dudley.
The findings offer deep insights into the lives of people in Dudley, especially those facing greater challenges and who are less heard, revealing what matters most to the people of Dudley Borough, what's missing, and what would improve life.
Through video, story snippets, and reports, the project highlights key themes from the 220 conversations with parents, carers, children and young people from across the Borough. You can read the report or watch the video, below.
Growing Up in Dudley was commissioned by Dudley Council and Dudley Health and Care Partnership and was designed, delivered, written and produced by Frame (that’s us!) in partnership with yello brick. People’s lived experience stories were brought to life on the page and screen by illustrator, Matt Joyce, composer, Jak Poore, and voice artist Sarah Cullum. Graphic design was by Hoffi and the writing was proofread and copyedited by Jo Johnston.
